August Update: New website, Blog & Newsletter
Hello friends,
I hope everyone’s had a fantastic summer as we race into the thick of Q3! Business remains steady and the market remains hot, which is why I’ve decided to up the anté this year and start putting out regular content for you to better get to know me.
For me, 2021 has been all about maintaining a growth mindset, meaning: developing my talents through hard work, good strategies, and feedback from others. Inspired by my better half, I’m proud to share the launch of my new website, blog and monthly newsletter.
As you read this month’s first few blog posts, just know there’s more to come! I welcome all feedback and would appreciate hearing what you enjoy reading most! Each month, I’ll be giving you a glimpse into my fast-paced lifestyle. Cooking, golf and travel are my top three passions in life outside of real estate and family, so expect content on all three topics along with business news and market updates. And for a little business news: I’ve closed $6.4M YTD with $2.2M pending and already have a 75% increase in volume compared to last year, so I’m on track for 100% growth since last year! Talk about a busy year….if there’s anything at all I can do to help you when it comes to real estate then don’t hesitate to reach out!
