October Update: Best Year Ever

This year has been an absolute blessing and I’m looking forward to a strong close of the year! It’s amazing what can happen when you start to delegate, get more organized than ever before, and put processes in place that set you up for success. I’ve already crossed off the goals I set for myself at the beginning of the year and have since set even higher goals — all while still making time for family, friends…and golf.

I credit a lot of my success to my team — a big person being Abbey MacKool, who I added this year. She’s done wonders for my business and I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. She makes the process so much more easier for my clients and I, and I can’t imagine doing business without her again.

We’ve got a great team in place now, and with my wife Erica and I taking on more projects together, Abbey works the backend of things while Dustin and Amanda are out selling and helping clients when we’re not available. It’s come full circle and we’re very thankful for what we can provide service-wise to our clients. 

As we move into Q4, I’m proud to announce that I’ve had my best year ever (and it’s not over)! With $8.9M Closed YTD and $1.1M Pending, it’s still a great time to buy and sell, so if you’re curious how much your home is worth or want to start talking realistic timelines then give me a shout!
