August Recipe: Lobster Rolls

In honor of our east coast trip, this month's recipe is LOBSTER ROLLS.

Erica and I found a great website to get fresh seafood and lobster delivered the next day! Check out mainelobsternow.com, this website is fantastic and always delivers fresh!

My recommendation is to order the lobster meat, not full lobster. Then, it’s super simple to put together!

Directions:

  1. Sauté the meat in a little butter, and while it warms chop green onions. Add a little lemon juice and zest once' it’s done.

  2. Mix the sautéed lobster meat with the mayonnaise amount of your choice. I like to use both butter and mayonnaise for the ultimate mouth-watering bite.

  3. Serve with Cape Cod chips and ENJOY!

Pro Tip: Use the brioche hot dog buns from Trader Joes - they're New England split style.
